Each of Skypoint Remodeling's project managers are trained to systematically complete projects in a specific order to increase efficiencies, and meet time frame goals.
Skypoint Remodeling was first born as part of an investment model for flips and rentals. This created a system focused on bidding correctly from the beginning in order to stick to specific numbers and budgets.
Of the nine steps in our construction system, the final three steps are specifically aimed at quality-checks. This allows Skypoint Remodeling to confirm that the expectations set at the beginning are delivered upon accurately at the end. (see below)
